Lost Parcels
If your tracking information shows the order as delivered, Rivor Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Tracking serves as proof of delivery. We recommend checking with your local carrier or neighbors if you can’t locate your package.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
Rivor Wear is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.
Multiple Size Orders
Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is discouraged and may be refused according to our policy.
If sizing issues occur, we’re happy to help with a discount or exchange alternative, but not a full return in this case.
Sale items
